Whenever we speak about or think about Apple, Steve Jobs is the one person that comes to mind. For on more than one occasion he was the person who wowed the world with his innovative products and thinking alike. Nowadays, Apple is seen to be an average company that has lost its edge over its competitors.
Apple is nowadays playing catch-up to its competitors the likes of which are Samsung, Xiaomi, Micromax, and Microsoft. Its current products leave much to be desired. Presently, they are losing their success due to the current status of their products.
There are various reasons for their failure and some of them are:
- The components were expensive,
- They failed to capture the market,

Apple iPod Hi-Fi:
The speaker system was launched by Steve Jobs on February 28, 2006. It did not capture the market because of its high price and the quality was not up to the mark. It had limited functionality. The device only had volume and track-skip buttons. The iPod Hi-Fi retailed for about $349 until it was discontinued on September 5, 2007.
It was one of the first digital cameras that was launched by Apple way back in 1994 and was promptly discontinued in 1997. Apple QuickTake 100 and QuickTake 150 were built by Kodak and QuickTake 200 was built by Fujifilm. All digital cameras in this line had a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.
The short-lived Apple-Bandai Pippin was an open-sourced, multimedia tech platform that consisted of modifying the Macintosh hardware and the OS and then license this platform out to third-party vendors as a gaming console did not do well.
