Not a day went before the official announcement and the iPhone 6 specs is now on the air.The info that comes to light was carried online by China Mobile – the largest wireless carrier in the globe.

Interestingly, the leaked specs come with differing from the past leaks. The specs tells that iPhone 6 will throw an Apple A8 chipset with quad-core CPU, 4.7” display, with 1134 x 750 pixels, covered by sapphire glass.

As per the revealed specs, the iPhone 6 pack consists of:

  • 8MP main camera
  • 2.1MP front-facing unit
  • available in versions with 16, 32, 64,
  • 128GB of built-in memory,
  • dimensions likely to be 138mm x 67mm x 7mm
  • water and dust resistant as special features

Generally, should the above specs turn out to be the genuine deal, iPhone 6 will have its work cut out against the challenger. Gratefully, we don’t have to wait long to find out all about the twist.

Apple hasn’t opted for Plus suffix, but granting to the word “there has to be a start for everything, this characterization comes from the same source that accurately predicted the names of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C last year. Both sizes of the iPhone 6 is said to come in the same three color variants as the iPhone 5S: Space Gray, gold, and silver and the  rumored 128 GB capacity not yet confirmed.

It is noted that the iPhone 6 Plus can be run on iOS 8 that are optimized for landscape apps in order to help with usability given its size and the iPhone goblet is likely to arrive on shop shelves in upcoming December. Ultimately, the iOS 8 is required to start seeding to all compatible devices on September 9 as well.

This comes out to imply that Apple has already hit a few things that it could change for the better in iOS 8 and hopefully they aren’t very big or the launch of the 8.0.0 version may not satisfy everyone and On the other hand, the 8.0.1 update could arrive shortly after the release of 8.0.0 and there is a positive probability that Apple may go with 8.0.1 from day one as well.
