In today’s world, if you are not having a wearable you’re out of fashion. This is especially true if you live in western countries and want to be looked upon as cool. With the latest innovations on wearable technology, owning one has now become a necessity rather than a fashion accessory.

HTC recently concluded the HTC Double Exposure: Photography Innovations Event where it launched the HTC RE Camera, the HTC Desire EYE, the HTC EYE Experience, and a new version of Zoe, HTC’s Collaborative Video-Editing App.

HTC has been working on its own smartwatch design. Recently @evleaks released pictures of the HTC smartwatch. The HTC smartwatch will be known as the HTC One Wear. The HTC One Wear will run on Google’s Android Wear OS. Things are still under wraps with HTC’s One Wear smartwatch.

HTC One Wear

Previous reports put the HTC One Wear to be released in August 2014 or September 2014. However, we now have news that HTC’s One Wear smartwatch has been delayed. We were hoping that HTC would use the October 10, 2014 Double Exposure: Photography Innovations Event to unveil its One Wear Android smartwatch, but that was not the case.

Earlier in the week, @Evleaks showed an image of an artist’s reproduction of HTC’s One Wear smartwatch. HTC has only confirmed that it is working on a smartwatch at this time. All evidence points to the HTC One Wear having a combination of metal and plastic parts.

Pricing details have not been confirmed for by HTC for its One Wear smartwatch, given that the smartwatch isn’t officially confirmed. According to rumors that we are hearing, the HTC One Wear smartwatch would be at around the $300 to $350 price range.
